The famous virtual currency exchange, Bitcoin of America, has announced in a press release that it has recently added Shiba Inu coin to their ATMs or BTMs along with Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Ethereum options that were available already. They have taken this initiative as Shiba Inu has been recently gaining popularity. Earlier in March, the exchange added Dogecoin.
Bitcoin of America is registered as a money services business and is known for its top-notch customer service and also provides a fast and hassle-free transaction. Since last year, the exchange has been updating its services.
The addition of Shiba Inu came after Shiba Inu launched in Metaverse with the name ‘SHIB: The Metaverse’ and 100,595 plots of digital lands. Several companies are accepting payments in Shiba Inu and therefore, Bitcoin of America considered it a valuable addition.
Among several other updates, the virtual currency exchange also launched its universal kiosks. It enabled conventional ATMs to operate with BTM functions. They also created a point-of-sale system for tablet programs. This facilitated businesses to accept payments in digital currencies. Looking at all the recent updates by Bitcoin of America, it is safe to say that they are promoting cryptocurrency and attempting to bring it into the mainstream.
