Ukraine has been raising funds to support the natives who are fighting to protect the country. Recently, three media outlets of Ukraine named Ukrainska Pravda, Novoye Vremya, and Hromadske have partnered with Vault, an NFT platform.

Press-Gazette has reported that the aim of this partnership is to raise funding of $1 million by selling NFTs. In addition, the three organisations wish to sell limited edition “NFT keys”. The buyers will have access to exclusive content, and the fund collected will be retained by the media outlets.

The Vault informed Press Gazette that each of the keys will “provide access to content from the publication’s brave team of journalists, photographers, and editorial team, including photos and videos, links to stories and recommended readings, a special weekly email blast for supporters, and more.”

This step has been taken as all the three Ukrainian media organisations have earned a reputation since Russia’s invasion. For example, the Editor in Chief of Ukrainska Pravda said they had earned second place as the most popular website after Google.

“About eight million people around the world read us every day. We feel our responsibility to inform the world about the current situation in Ukraine truthfully and in time,” added the Editor.
