India’s Metaverse Firm Ikonz Gets Funding From Mark Zuckerberg

Indian actor Rana Daggubati, famous for his role in ‘Baahubali’, started his venture ‘Ikonz’, a “wealth-building platform”. His startup has already received funding from venturers like Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, and Jeff Bezos.

Ikonz was launched in August 2021. This platform allows one to manage their digital assets monetize virtual IPs and NFTs across all metaverses. The organization is led by the founder Abinav Kalidindi and co-founders Prasad Vanga and Rana Daggubati. 

The actor is on cloud nine. He is an IP owner and finds blockchain full of potential to bring in incredible opportunities. His firm has already joined hands with the biggest IPs of India like ‘Amar Chitra Katha’, ‘Tinkle’, and ‘Suresh Productions’. 

In an interview, Rana said, “A world-class blockchain aggregation company is the best way I and other IP owners could have found to start managing and monetising IP assets on a global stage in multiple formats be NFTs, avatars, or even basic rights management,” while talking about his dream venture.
