Is NodeGrid a Scam Project?
- NodeGrid Team has announced that they’re shutting down their operations on their social media accounts.
Below is a quick overview of this project.
NodeGrid has described itself as a community-driven project powered by the Binance Smart Chain, which plans to capitalize on a new and innovative passive income strategy, that has recently become available through the DeFi ecosystem..
After long discussions amongst their team, they have decided that NodeGrid can no longer remain staffed. The selling pressure is extremely tough to counter, and they have spent a fair chunk of the protocol funds on marketing and buybacks to help everyone. However, they believe it to be in the best interest of everyone involved to discontinue operations.
The treasury has been added to the liquidity as of 5 am CST. Except for 50 BNB, i.e., 20,000 USD, which was removed to pay for devs. They have also removed sell tax, claim tax & any maintenance fees. The team has encouraged everyone to sell their nodegrid rewards during this time so they can make as much back as possible.
The team has been working to gather and define a method to distribute node holders their allotment. Here is the payout per node:
- Basic: 0.02 BNB
- Light: 0.13 BNB
- Pro: 0.26 BNB
Airdrops have been sent out in the form of BNB to each wallet holding nodes. If users have not received an airdrop within 8 hours, the team has advised them to create a ticket. All this information is available on their official Twitter account and Discord group.
Here is the contract address: https://bscscan.com/address/0xe9c615e0b739e16994a080ca99730ec104f28cc4
It has a total supply of 1,000,000 tokens, and currently, 445 addresses are holding it. This project has seen a sharp price drop of more than 73% on May 4th,2022.
