Another teaser included in the release was for “Shooting Star NFTs,” which was described as “a ticket to a whole new world” that may lead to “new NFTs.”

Hyundai unveiled its “Metamobility” concept in January, a vision for robots to operate as a bridge between the real world and the Metaverse, allowing users to “defeat the biological restrictions of motion in time and space.”

Under the theme ‘Expanding Human Reach,’ Hyundai Motor will present its vision for robotics in the real world and the metaverse in order to provide unrestricted mobility.

Extended robotics technologies such as AI and autonomous driving will blur the lines between future mobilities, according to the company, which will pioneer a new ‘Metamobility’ idea that goes beyond physical motions through robotics and the metaverse to impact change in the actual world.

Hyundai stated as part of its concept vision:

“With the Metaverse set to become an everyday place for people in the future, the company anticipates the potential emergence of a new type of Metaverse platform in which the distinction from reality may disappear, separating from the concept of VR as the world knows it. Today.”

It’s worth noting that MG Motor was the first carmaker to enter the NFT space in India, launching a selection of NFTs in December 2021. Then, with the distribution of its first tranche of tokens, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited declared its entry into the NFT (non-fungible token) realm. Mahindra’s first NFT solutions are based on the Thar SUV and were developed in partnership with Tech Mahindra. Hyundai Motor Company, on the other hand, entered the NFT market with its own NFT community, which includes the Hyundai NFT official website as well as Discord and Twitter channels.

By sharing NFTs illustrating Hyundai mobility solutions, the Hyundai NFT community will give its customers with a Hyundai brand experience in the Metaverse.

On April 15, the Hyundai NFT Discord and Twitter channels went live, and the official NFT website is expected to launch in May.

Hyundai will manage the asset value of its NFTs by offering dedicated channels for the Hyundai NFT community.

The platforms will give real-time information on the asset value of the company’s NFTs, as well as communication channels between the company and community members.

NFTs and Play-to-Earn Surveys from Activision Blizzard:

Players of Activision Blizzard’s game were recently asked to fill out a survey on their interest in NFTs, as well as their thoughts on play-to-earn and Metaverse games.

A screenshot of a survey done by market research firm YouGov to gauge interest in several categories of “future gaming trends” was tweeted by Twitter user @OTadaka.

In January, Microsoft CEO and Chairman Satya Nadella announced the $69 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard, stating that the transaction will “supply the building blocks for the Metaverse” and that gaming will “play a key role in the development of the Metaverse platform.”
