Every Web3 startup is taking big leaps in the crypto world for future development. Similarly, the Web-3 infrastructure startup, Mysten Labs has announced the launch of the world’s first permission-based Layer 1 blockchain called ‘Sui’, a developed version of Diem.
The developers of Sui are employees at the crypto unit of Meta, Novi. Evan Cheng, Sam Blackshear, Adeniyi Abiodun, and George Danezis are the creators and have earlier worked on the Diem blockchain and the Move programming language.
The blockchain has no set upper limit to process transactions per second. It has the potential to achieve “industry-leading performance, cost, programmability, and usability” and can grow alongside the development of Web3.
The creators of the Panzerdogs game said, “Development on Sui is fast and on point. Not only is its transaction speed impressive, but its ability to mirror NFTs and its dynamic handling of on-chain assets can bring new value to users and the assets that they own.”
It is therefore safe to say that the Mysten Lab’s creation can be the next big thing in the crypto world. The startup believes that Sui will transform Web3 just like the broadband internet transformed Web2. Sui will scale all the great opportunities for creators and builders in the coming days.
