#BTC Dominance

Slowly grinding up today after breaking down from the diagonal support established.

My view about the markets watching dominance:

1. BTC remains on the range and goes up for mid and range high >>>> BTC.D goes down ALTS up.

2. BTC looses the range >>>> BTC.D goes up ALTS down harder than BTC.

I think that once/if dominance goes below it's ATL at ~ 35% we should see ETH flipping BTC in market CAP and ALTS booming, but we're not there yet.

Note that I will turn my full focus on BTC if dominance gets above 47%.

#ETH Update:

In the previous update, we mentioned a very important key level support to look out for above which price can be seen holding very well.

Currently we are facing a minor resistance at approximately $2530 key level (marked in red). ALTs also started showing some stability aswell after ETH held very well above the support.

Expecting price to be stable for a short period of time and overall sentiment stays neutral. We need to wait before we can confirm the next possible move for the price.

#BTC Update:

Price indicated high volatility due to ongoing news which led to a dump. Since everyday is not a trade day, it's better to take a few days off charts in such cases.

Current scenario has pushed more towards the neutral side as we seem to be holding above the D3 200 EMA support at $38200 (+- $200) and price has broken the previous bearish structure of lower lows and lower highs. We have rejected from the D1 21 EMA resistance at approximately $40300. Price needs a strong breakthrough of the D1 21 EMA resistance to expect a bullish scenario since we will be having a bullish structure formation where the EMAs will curl under the price and supporting it to push upwards like we're having on H4.

Expecting ALTs to perform well as long as we're above the current support with dominance in our favour as price has broken down.

You can take every asset on the crypto market now, you gonna see one thing : Risk is nothing comared to the Reward !

The question that will come in your mind now is do we start buying ?

And the answer is YES you can DCA but it should be done in a smart way by not deploying all your ammos in the battlefield.

20-30% of capital is a good option, as you will avoid the pain of going 30-60% down in case of a dump to fill the void below, and also on the other side you may start getting profits early and not get front run by a trend reversal.

We have a CME gap between 20690-19995$ :

- Good place to deploy 30-40% of capital in case you're sidelined.

- If you're already in with 30% of capital, you can add on this zone 10% of capital.

- if you're already in with more than 50% of capital, you don't have to add anything on these levels if you want to play it safe.

Checking the naked POC's we have on the volume profile :

We have two interresting POC's 18833$ and 18220$.

- I consider this zone as the best area in terms of risk reward to be exposed with 70-80% of capital on BTC and ALTS.

And we have a bunch of naked POC's below from 17500$ to 16500$ !

It's our BIG invalidation zone of the whole plan!
Going there would mean that we will see new lows and pain in the market. No need to develop more this thesis as price is still far from being there.

After reaching our 46k target and going even above it to 48-49k depending on the exchanges.

We can confirm that our local top has been reached, especially with price loosing it's key daily trend ( 13-21EMA )

What will happen next ?

#BTC

- Expecting high volatility, a lot of fear in the markets and doomsday calls.
- Bitcoin will probably make a lot of flip flops pushing traders to liquidation and big losses.
- The possible path I see will be pump again to 46k before going down to 38k which could be extended to 36K.
- After the correction is done we will recover very fast to higher levels, break 46k and aim for 60k.

#ETH / #ALTS

- Didn't catched up with BTC for most of them, so I still expect them to rally.
- ETH will probably hit the 3000$ mark and ALTS performing well in general.

How it could play out ?

Once/if BTC goes to 46K ALTS with ETH will pump hard, and do so even during the flip flops on Bitcoin.
When BTC gonna make the correction ETH will probably go down dragging ALTS lower ( max fear )
After the correction ends BTC should take again some dominance and push to the upside with only a few ALTS following until the next step ( rinse-repeat )

Conclusion :

Avoid high leverage/risky plays! You don't want to get caught in a bad trade or get liquidated before the fireworks starts.

#Bitcoin Dominance

BTC.D is increasing which is showing that money is rotating from ALTS to BTC again. This is the typical money rotation game on Crypto ( High caps / Mid caps / Low caps )

Expecting dominance to go to the 60% zone next with a possible push above 65%. Bitcoin needs it to push above the 100K zone!

There's also no point to get worried about your ALTS or capitulate as long as BTC holds it's bullish market structure.
